Pakistan Delivery (Launch Market)

ZILWA currently ships within Pakistan via TCS Courier.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days via TCS. Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on Pakistan orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched via TCS, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

International Shipping

ZILWA is preparing to expand shipping beyond Pakistan, including Hungary and other international markets. Availability and rates for these regions will be updated here as they launch.

Customs and Import Duties

For any future international orders, customs, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at zilwaofficial1@gmail.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
